We have stayed at this location several times traveling to and from our home in Florida. Usually clean. The room was filthy in need of a deep clean. Carpet and upholstery were black. Charge a $75 pet cleaning fee which is fine but the room was filthy. Still charged the fee.

This was my first time in Chattanooga so I wanted to be sure I chose a hotel chain that I knew would give me good service and a great night’s sleep. Fairfield Inn never lets me down! It was another great experience! My first impression of the hotel was great due to the warm welcome I received from the gentleman who checked me in! I’ll be back!

The hotel rooms need to be updated and get at least queen size beds doubles are barley big for 2 adults . The breakfast and pool were really good as the pool is out doors amdnit was 97 degrees when we werw there
