The room was nice and clean. The hotel had an odd odor to it everywhere. We had no television at all apparently due to weather.
The breakfast was ok but could have been better. The lady at the desk was ok. Not very personable.
My bathroom door didn’t shut all the way, I thought the microwave was broke but only unplugged, and the drawers were empty but wrote inside gang graffiti. The toliet was wobble, the cabin with the fridge inserted was cracked and damaged, it was not what I expected for the money. And then the host or maid, etc… was loud talking about the other workers and the manager, just not what I need to hear during breakfast! I would recommend another hotel
Check out at 11 AM but banging and drilling from construction crew started at 9:00 AM..

Disliked: Cleanliness
Hotel needs improvement and a better cleaning team. Our bed had a nasty stain. Area was surrounded by homeless people and an overwhelming marijuana smell on the premises. Would not stay again nor recommend to anyone.
We stayed overnight here to and from our destination. Was very nice. Breakfast was a plus. The usual continental but sufficient. Easy check in and check out.
- no bread for breakfast
- pet smell
- wet pet smell in the room
- not the place to stay with Family and allergic people

Liked: Staff & service
It was very noisy until about 8 because they were doing construction. People should be done working around 5 not 8. Hotel was loud people walking about at night too.
The bed sheets were clean but fridge wasn’t working. It’s average for the price!
I will never consider staying at a Distric 3 hotel again because of this place. I have been all over the nation and haven’t had an experience as bad as this. The doors were locked to get inside right as we arrived and the little girl that buzzed us in was incredibly rude, and unnecessarily argumentative. She charged my card, TWICE, because she refused to give us our room unless I let her run it again. I showed her where the amount had already came out of my account and she didn’t care at all. The money has not been refunded yet. And on top of all of that, we were woke up with hammer drills and all other kinds of construction work going on first thing in the morning. This was such a ridiculous experience and completely unnecessary. Save your money and go elsewhere because sleeping in your car is better than dealing with district 3’s “hospitality”.
Second time staying, but it was dirty, rooms smelled and it was very different than it was in the summer. They had signs about construction but that didn't bother us- it was just very run down
