I really liked the staff there alot. Every single one of them was friendly and helpful. I had no issues with the room. The location worked well for me for the conceet I went to. My one qualm is paying to stay in a hotel room. And then arriving and being told that I'm to pay another $10 to park my car in one of their parking spaces. I've had that happen at one other hotel recently. It's absolute bs to do that to your customers. Just include it in the cost. That's misleading and makes people angry. I passed up parking much closer to the venue, thinking I'd check into my room and walk to the show.

The staff were super friendly and helpful from Erica at check-in to Jody at the Downtowner, and the cleaning staff (sorry I don't have any specific names to shout out!). I loved how close everything was, pretty much all of downtown was within walking distance. We did drive down to the river front but it only took us about 5 minutes to get there. The pool was clean and heated which was perfect for our stay. It was a great experience!

Definitely a refurbished hotel, but room and location was great, staff at the office were super friendly and helpful and overall a good stay. Parking did get a pittle dicey, but the night guard helped us out with finding a good spot

Stay was fine. beds are comfortable but small. Hotel is an older property and it's a bit run down but nothing terrible. For the price, it's probably what we expected. Pool is in bad shape. Water was dark green. City water was the reason we got for the discoloration. Unusable currently. Staff was helpful and friendly.
