My stay was enjoyable. The room was clean and had bright lighting. My only disappointment was clean towels were not provided daily! I was told extra towel were not "part of the program."

This was a nice and well kept property. The beds were super comfy. Other than the room having a smell, I have no complaints. It was nothing a little air freshener didn't fix. There is a huge mall nearby along with plenty restaurants.

I paid my room upfront, but upon arrival last night. The front desk just told me you are all sold out. And the reasoning is:" You just reserved a room so we could sell it to other people". I explained to her I paid in full upfront. She replied:" you just need to talk with the third party platform to get the refund" I was kicked out at 11:45pm last night, from a hotel I paid for upfront. I used to live other hotel with the late check-in, none of them would sell my room to other people. FYI, I went through 4 or 5 hotels, all of them are fully booked and I eventually got the last room in a hotel around 1:00am last night. This shouldn't be the right way to treat people as service industry should do.
