It was a smooth stay and it was inexpensive. But the found a live roach in the sink. We had a really loud guest next door and they had to evacuate them which ruined our sleep for more than 3 hours middle of the night. But the staff were friendly.

Though the room was in fairly good condition otherwise, there was black mold in the bathroom that was so bad, it made my throat hurt. There were also dirty towels on the floor when we arrived and the trash had no been emptied.

I was told over the phone we vould check in at noon but then on arrival was told $15 for every hr before 4. Check in at 4 was easy and smooth. Room was nice and clean with great access. The only negative was that hoels.com screwed the payment up and i was charged for every night i was there. That would be fine except i pid for the whole trip already 3 weeks ago. Madison and Sabina were very helpful although o still havent gotten 2 days back.
