Mini-vacation
My stay was for a mini-vacation with my grandchildren. Loved the location because it put our plans within walking distance. Hotel staff was very courteous and helpful. The only negative I can say is about the parking. Didn't like taking little kids through several homeless people to get to the parking garage. Although these people had no interaction with us, it still made me very wary on the walk.

The bed was not comfortable
The elevator was broken going up to my floor. No one told me when checking in so it was really frustrating when it would not let me off on my floor. The beds are very uncomfortable. The floor would have been better. However, it was very clean and everyone was very nice.

Walkable to many restaurants, riverfront, aquarium. Very roomy rooms. Pool, fitness center, Starbucks and bar area are nice conveniences. Uncomfortable sleeper sofa is the only negative.
