When we arrived, the shower had lots of hair in it that varied from short to long. The nightstand drawer had wrappers and Kleenex’s in it. Our room wasn’t clean for two days. The third night, I requested our room to be cleaned. The next day we got back to our hotel and our room wasn’t cleaned again. We had to go ask for it to be cleaned. The trash wasn’t taken out, no fresh towels or toilet paper.

Brand New Hotel..still working out the kinks.
Dog pee on the coffee table and all over the floor. The night staff was quick to clean it up and very apologetic. The hotel is brand new. The furnishings are nice. My biggest gripe was the disgruntle lady that manages the kitchen for breakfast. The food was gone and she refused to restock or make more food with 30 minutes left for breakfast. What a horrible attitude towards guests and children. The only options were cereal, yogurt and eggs.
