I loved staying here. I spent almost a week at the property and it was amazing every day. This is not your stuffy corporate hotel. I needed a personal and business stay (working in the room). I chose this hotel because it had character and it delivered! The lobby had a great variety of games and they were always in use each night with adults and children. The paintings in the hallways were a riot. The paintings in the room were a riot. The high ceilings and pipes were amazing to look at. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The room with the bunk bed had a star light machine and a planet carpet with a giant bean bag type chair and huge pillow. I called it the Star Room. It was very cool to decompress in. I had a local stay with me and gave them my big bed and I stayed in the bunk bed. I'm 6'1" and it was great! The full kitchen came in handy to store my restaurant leftovers. The staff was very friendly and personable. A special shout out to Chloe at the front desk to make my every morning special. I had a good time interacting with the housekeepers, the Chef, and the barmaids. Just amazing all the way around. In the morning they have coffee in the lobby which got me started right. Once nightfall came, you could get a drink and small bites to eat in the bar. I rented a car and they have a deal with the parking structure across the street for a daily rate and in/out privledges. If you want an urban vibe and something with character, check out this hotel.

The hotel is great! The pet policy is not. A dog barking none stop until 3 am and an unoccupied front desk is a terrible combo!

Love the apartment style hotel rooms at this hotel! Immaculately clean and loved the decor and overall vibe. Concierge friendly and helpful. Parking is across the street and down a little way in a garage but area seemed safe, and nice to not have to deal with valet parking. This was our first stay but will definitely be coming back the next time we are in Chattanooga.

Family oriented. Bold and bright colors in the rooms, clean, lots of storage area. Modern industrial vibe and wonderful reclamation of an older building. A/C works great, spacious bathrooms. Highly recommend this hotel based on our experience. Will definitely plan to stay here on future trips to area. Lots of restaurants in the area within walking distance. Lots of families playing pool and involved in other activities in the hotel. Felt very safe.

Great place
Lots of room and modern kitchen. The location was in a trendy part of downtown with easy walks to restaurants and the waterfront. The Chattooga brewery restaurant was great for a quick dinner or lunch and is located off the lobby. You do have to pay $20 US for parking per night at the reception desk for the garage across the street, but this gives in/out privileges The HVAC system in our room was quite loud so we easily shut it off at night with the Nest thermostat, but the plus side is ventilation in the apartment was industrial quality! Service was great and we were given a couple extra hours to check out as we had a function to attend.

Fantastic accommodations and super close to the start of Ironman Chattanooga. Living space/kitchen area was excellent. My only complaint is that the walls are thin and if people in a neighboring room are just chatting with one another in their living space, you can hear the entire conversation. This made it difficult to sleep.
