The only thing I would change I would provide a means to get guests back and forth to the beach. It is a long walk with limited parking. People visit the cape for the beaches .I suggest they .offer transportation back and forth.

Nice pool. Very nice, quiet, clean and convenient to local shops. Wish the room had a table for eating in room and some hooks in the bathroom for towels and toiletry bags. Other than that great place!!!

It was very convenient to downtown and the beach, all within walking distance which we loved. Downside was a very small room, tiny bathroom with tub not draining well and basically a parking lot view. Breakfast was very basic and not too good. Pretty expensive for what we got but I guess the location makes up the difference.

This is a property we have stayed at repeatedly since 1994. It is always fun and welcoming. We have seen multiple changes in ownership. The front desk was very hospitable. Our first night we arrived late and the hostess at the restaurant was not at all accommodating. Unfortunate. Housekeeping was on and off. But overall, it was a nice stay.
