As with other hotels we've recently stayed, miss the daily maid service. Do not like having to go get towels, kleenex, toilet paper, and get rid of my daily trash. Not in my job description when I am vacationing. The Covid period is gone and shouldn't be an excuse to not resume maid service.

Very clean and perfect for my needs
Hotel was perfect for my needs. Clean and quiet. I was in a room across from elevator and could hear it each time it moved so 'd advise asking to be away from elevator and parking lot. Some reviewers rave about the breakfast but I found it to be, at best, on the low end of average. The hotel hallways showed need of paint and the decor in lobby was dated but clean.

The day host was just wonderful when we checked in and every day we stopped by. The second shift lady was not friendly at all! We loved our suite, but would lose signal to tv in the bedroom and the sofa bed was uncomfortable. Loved the afternoon teas and cookies. We would definitely stay there again.

Great breakfast included Large rooms but seems odd that our room with std refrigerator , sink, microwave and kitchen cabinets contained no dishes or silverware ( not even disposable stuff). Ice machine on our floor was out of service and only 1 coffee powder provided. But, these are relatively minor and I would stay again.

Check in was so bad that we felt unwelcomed to the property. Check in person was very unpersonable, curt, and mean. She was even wearing only a white shirt. She also refused to extend a little accomodation when told that we have 2 reservations and if she can check us in for the 2nd one. I was told to check out then check in again. This woman does not deserve to work in the front counter.

I had to have surgery yesterday so I came up to stay since its closer to the hospital. First time I had ever heard of the Inn. My brother has to come have procedures done at UVA also and I told him what a wonderful place it is to stay at. I will most definitely be back. Thank you for such wonderful atmosphere, customer service, breakfast was amazing
