The hotel is ok, not great and not awful. Cheap linens and limited towels. Parking is limited at the front which is awkward to have most of the parking around back and no walking paths or sidewalks to the front. Traffic noise is unbearable and we had to use a sound machine to down or the noise. Breakfast was good and staff was friendly.

The inside and outside of the hotel need cleaning.

I stayed there twice in one week. 1/25-1/26. 2/1-2/2. The weekend of the 25th was not great. All of the floors were being chiseled up and tiles being installed. The contractors took ALL of the toilets lobby area. Why they would be tearing the place apart is beyond me. Ice Machine didn't work. One elevator was down. If it wasn't for Stephanie bring so polite and professional, we would have walked out. She genuinely cares and did everything possible to make sure we had whatever we needed. She is AMAZING. The Weekend of 2/1 I had a Cardiac Episode, and had to dispatch Paramedics to the Hotel. Again Stephanie showed kindness keeping my 6 month pregnant daughter calm while the Paramedics examined me. She is an asset to the hotel. And a wonderful human being. I cannot say enough about how she went out of her way for me and my daughter.

We were disappointed in the construction that was going on. The hotel needs to warn customers on the website of the construction to give them an opportunity to decide if they want to stay in an hotel that is under construction. Not considering the needs of the customers.

Property is under renovations. Dust and construction noise. Never know if elevator is available or if you will have to exit the rear of the building to walk around to the front to get to dining area. 3 flat tires and had to replace 1 trailer tire due to nails and screws in parking lot. Smoking allowed right at door entrance, weather it was a cigarette, vape or pot. All ice machines unplugged even if there was no construction on that floor. Toilets improperly converted to ultra low flow. Barely able to flush urine. Takes 5 minutes to refill the tank after each flush. Website showed laundry facilities available, there are none. Supposed to be pet friendly. Half of the staff was great with pets. The other half did not want to see any pets near the lobby. Very rude manager.

Construction while staying

The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately they were remodeling the front when we stayed and the breakfast area was full with construction dust. Once the construction is done I’m sure this will be a good hotel overall.

Sometime during the night the hotel and surround area lost power. We woke to no power and no breakfast being served due to the outage. The rest of the hotel was fine, but we were surprised they had no backup generator or optional cold breakfast.
