Clean and beautifully appointed. Staff was very friendly. Would stay again. Valet takes the worry out of parking in the downtown maze, although pricey at $45/night. Beds were quite firm if you like them that way.

Stayed overnight in Charlotte for a concert date night and the Ivey's is the perfect location near both the Spectrum Arena and Bank of America Stadium as well as plenty of restaurants/bars and nightlife. Darion at the front desk gave us incredible hospitality upon arrival!

The Ivey exceeded all of my expectations! The decor was absolutely amazing, the fine details that they provide is excellent. My check was smooth and the staff was amazing. The next nightly turn down really took it up a notch. The room was immaculate! I “Ooooo’d & Aaaahhhh’d” as soon as I walked in. A DEFINITE 10!!! I will definitely return♥️

Elevator not working! Had early check out for flight and Valet did not do as requested. Had to get car from dark underground garage myself and security was slow about letting me out of garage.Lucky we made it on time for flight. Valet service and Valet App still think my car is there? Bad element of people hanging out near main entrance early in the morning. Not a good start for honeymoon night.

There was no parking aside from valet parking which makes this stay the only stay without regular parking. The elevator was broken and the fees were ridiculous.
