The property is nice somewhat of a friendly staff. The room is old looking. My number one complaint is the placement of the toilet paper holder.. why is it so far away from the toilet itself. There’s a lot of scratches and tears on the furniture. I think they stuck me in one of there worse rooms. I was facing what I think was a roof I’m not sure. Don’t think I want to come back. Just because for the price I paid..just wasn’t worth it.

The property was very nice on the outside and the inside of the lobby. However, entering the room the bathroom was fairly small. The tub was dirty and had a dirty ring around it. The tub was also clogged and the water wouldn’t go down. We had to call maintenance man to come fix. After the maintenance man left the shower was still clogged. Overall I’ll give the room a 5/10.

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The only thing I would change is the hotel itself is a bit old and could use some renovation in certain areas, our ac took a long time to cool the room down.

This was not a good stay at all. 1st-I thought I was renting a king suite, your website said it was a king that had a separate bedroom on club level with pics of a weird looking area that misled me to think it was the living area. It looked like a conference room,to my surprise, it was a conference room and it was not attached to my room. I paid $100 more per night for a classic king room with no extra room. If I had known it was not a suite I would have taken the king room for less money that did not give me club access. Our room had no hot water. The staff moved us to another room. It had tepid water and no pressure. Bathing in our room was not an enjoyable experience. Also, having to move rooms after we were settled caused us to be 2hrs late for our plans that night. I was really disappointed in the Sheraton. We usually stay at le meridian(attached to the Sheraton) which is always great, I assumed the rooms would be comparable, but they were not. I seriously doubt I will stay again at the Sheraton charlotte. The hotel rooms need renovating and like maintenance told us,”they are supposed to get a new hot water system. Apparently the hotel knew about the water situation. But overbooked for that weekend anyway.
