The room was clean (sheets, towels, bathroom) and the staff was nice. The shuttle was very convenient. Only complaint is the tv didn’t work at all (it turned on, but extremely pixelated)… wanted to watch a hockey match, but no luck.

I tried contacting the hotel for hours because American delayed my flight i needed them to help me change the date or maybe do a partial refund but i was never able to reach them and once expedia was able to contact them they refused to help in any way

We stayed here overnight between flights. The courtesy shuttle was super fast (call them when you have all your bags and they will be there within 5-10 minutes). The staff was excellent on check in and making sure everything was taken care of. The rooms were clean and did the job. Breakfast (starts at 7) was good and had many options. There is a Waffle House right next door that is open 24 hours.
