Avoid

The hotel never released my credit card hold, even after I called them to ask for it back. The charge was permanent on my card and I eventually disputed it and got my money back, but from my credit card company. The airport shuttle doesn’t start until 5:00AM and it left at closer to 5:15. I was late for my flight. Hotel is very dirty and worn out. There were large holes in the carpet in the hallway. Somebody stuck a booger on the corner of the wall in the room I was in and I guess housekeeping thought that they would just leave it there for everyone else to see. The bath towels were very small and thin. They don’t do a good job of drying you off. Also, no shampoo in the room, so bring your own. I don’t know if all rooms are like that or if this was another housekeeping omission. The front desk asked me when checking in if I had a room preference. I had to wake up early in the morning to catch a flight so I asked for a quiet room with nobody next to me. They gave me a room next to a guy that spent half the night talking on his cellphone. I will never stay at this hotel again. I’ve already had to stay by the airport another time and I used another hotel, which was much better.

Upon entering room, I thought I was walking in on someone as TV was on and could see bedding was a mess. After looking around, it was clear the room was not cleaned after the prior guest had left. A new room was provided after speaking to the front desk.

Smelled like Marijuana, police swat were removing a guest at hotel across the street. Lots of vagrants across the street. Hotel staff very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Breakfast option was limited. Love the access to Airport, shuttle is great addition. Price comparable to quality of hotel.
