The staff was very pleasant upon arrival. The room was a good size and the location was great in proximity to the convention center which was my reason for being there. Would definitely stay here again!

We were challenged with the TV stuck on one channel commercial, then the whole bathriim got flooded because there is no shower curtain nor shower door so everything in the bathroom gets wet, sink, toilet, floor. And there is a blow dryer....like lets stand in this puddle of water and pray we dont drop the plugged in blow dryer...Why???? It was a mess getting ready for our party.

Yuck! Great location, nasty rooms.

Priced way too high. Rooms are worn so badly. Bed frames look chewed apart. Stains on the walls, floors and ceilings. Wallpaper coming off on all sides of the walls. Furnishings need to be updated drastically, rooms need an entire upgrade with more detail to cleaning. Water stains were all over the ceilings and vents were NASTTTYYYYYYY!
