Disgusting hotel constant marijuana being smoked disgusting room overcharged for three nights even though we only stayed two. No amenities. Free breakfast was inedible. Check in took an hour and they had to find a room and then lost the reservation

Check in was fine, pretty quick. Room was average at best. Had I not arrived so late and was only there for about 8 hours, I would have asked to swap rooms. 1. The window shade was broken, would not pull down. Was not able to darken the room to sleep well 2. There was a whirring/pulsing sound every few seconds that went on all night, could not figure out where it was coming from. It was not coming from the HVAC unit, it actually worked well. 3. The toilet did not completely flush first time, had to flush multiple times 4. There were no toiletries, just a small bar of soap. I asked for some at the desk and was given a 3 pack of body wash bottles to install on the wall in the shower. Better than nothing but I should not have had to put them in the shower. 5. The breakfast was about what I expected (bagels, toast, cereal), which was fine with me. However, there was nothing to drink except coffee. The juice and water machines were empty. Not everyone drinks coffee. I would have been fine with water but there was not even that. 6. The TV service did not work. The guide and everything was there but would not tune to anything. I do not ask for much but this was by far one of the worst stays anywhere in quite a while. I definitely was not expecting a 5 star room, but this was barely a 1 star at best. Positives were the bed was clean and comfortable, the room/bathroom were clean, and I did not see any bugs.

I had been to this motel before. I think it was under new management. In the room, the window curtain had been tore down and not replaced. Also there was a drop of blood on the bathroom floor. The bed was great! I slept wonderful

Our sheets were dirty and the towels were dingy. The breakfast service was a joke, a little bit of cereal and toast/bagels- thats it. Half of the creamer packets were congealed.

Absolutely disgusting, foul, hookers living on the 3rd floor, ceiling tiles falling out, paint and wallpaper falling off, dirt dust & grime piled up on every surface and looks like it’s never been vacuumed or cleaned, we left.

First off the sign out front says it’s a LaQuinta Inn. Truth is I am sure LaQuinta pulled their franchise. I would guess that this place is mostly rented by the hour. Room had 1 towel. No shampoo. No extra sheets for pull out. No extra blankets. Breakfast? No. We missed a connection at CLT and due to hurricane evacuees from FL Charlotte hotels were all full so we had no choice. And it was cheap. But unless you have no choice like we did I would not recommend it.

-We stayed for 3 days and there was no complimentary breakfast as described in the description (there was only coffee). -the pillows and bedsheets were dirty, with stains and hair that were not ours. -the room smelled like mold; and the carpets throughout the hotel were stained and noticeable with water damage -the wifi barely worked -the tv didn’t work with chrome cast or any generic stations - only 2 lamps in the room worked and the hairdryer didn’t work even after resetting the outlet -the shower was leaky and dripped all day and night, and you can see the mold buildup on the shower ceiling -the couch was stained and the mattress that was supposed to be in the couch was folded in half behind it for some reason -the key cards don’t work unless you keep your phone 3 feet away. I had to keep going to the front desk to get my key fixed

bad customer reception. the hotel is not serious. there is no breakfast. with this hotel you will lose your credibility. everyone complains as soon as they arrive at the reception. I advise you not to refer this hotel for the moment. the hotel must arrange to provide the services correctly.

I reserved a room online and when I arrived to check in, was told that was their last room and he was surprised the site allowed the reservation. Anyway, the key did not work but fortunately I did not have to drag my luggage back down since there was an employee in the area. He had a hard time but finally got it open. There was one towel, no washcloths, hair in the tub and no hot water for a morning shower. One elevator was out of use, there were stains everywhere, the carpets were gross. The staff was kind and as helpful as possible but there’s only so much they can do. At least the room was cheap & fairly quiet.
