Had a little bit of odor in hallway and walking in to hotel. I can’t say enough how clean the room smelled. And everything was absolutely clean. Sheets. Bathroom. Floors. Shower. Sinks. Excellent!!!

Broken elevator took minutes to get all out belongings to the room. The hotel itself wasn’t what we expected.

Room could have been a bit cleaner (shower). The next time they were supposed to clean the room, they only changed the garbage. We got a refund for that. One elevator was down the same as it was last year. The breakfasts are the best and staff are wonderful. Check to see if adolescent teams are staying there, you don’t want to be there when they are. There’s really nothing to walk to. Area is under construction but there is a Starbucks across a busy six lane highway. Many cars/trucks don’t have mufflers in Charlotte, try to get a room at the back.

50$ per day for a depost or incidentals is ridiculous. Breakfast was not good. The proteines were dry and tates like card board. Will avoided booking here agian. I spend 2 week per month in Charlotte.

We have stayed at this hotel for three years in a row and this year was probably the worst experience we have had. We stayed there for 5 days and throughout the whole time we had to carry our luggage up and doen the stairs because the elevator was not working. Our room was not cleaned regularly and even when it was done, they did a very poor job. Our front door didn't have a secondary lock so it wasnt secure. Also the door that seperates our room and the room next to us was broken as well and because of that we could hear everything that was said from the other room. Additionally, one of the lights in our room did not have a cover which left the light bulb exposed. The door handle in the bathroom was falling apart as well.
