There is a bit of construction happening inside the hotel. Didn’t affect us. When we checked into our room it had a horrible smoking smell. The hotel is a non smoking hotel. What I did like the reservation’s desk assigned us a new room right away and it was great and called and checked to make sure all was good. Would stay again!

Staff was kind and helpful with a well stocked and refreshed breakfast in the AM. Room was incredibly spacious and clean. Bathroom door was a beast to open so we ended up just leaving it open. Otherwise everything was great. Perfect walking distance to the Spectrum Center.

Our room was HUGE, 2 queens. The staff was very nice and helpful. Checkin/Checkout was a breeze. The location is very walkable, valet parking was $38 while self park was $30, for the extra $8 it was worth it to have it in secure parking with in/out privileges. The rooftop restaurant had wonderful city views and a $5 @ 5pm happy hour.

I really did not understand why we had to pay for valet parking there is no parking deck for guest to park. It’s either park valet or park with the general population and pay there as well. The water pressure in the hotel bathroom shower was absolutely the worst . If you had food to warm up you can hang it up there was no microwave in the room or the eating area in the hotel. I will stick with my Marriott from now on.

Weekend family stay

Bathroom wasn’t very clean upon arrival, there was hair in the shower and sink area. The bed are not comfortable compared to other places downtown, so probably won’t stay again. We did have an issue around 3am on our hall and security was fast to respond and assist, so that was a plus that everyone around appreciated. Staff was wonderful, an upgrade to the beds would be my only suggestion.
