I absolutely loved this property! The convenience was a major plus !! EASY parking which i appreciated so much.. great shopping Mall, and delicious food all nearby. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I’d definitely stay here again!

Disgusting Experience – Found Blood on a Towel! I stayed at the Hyatt Centric SouthPark Charlotte expecting a clean, comfortable experience, but what I got was completely unacceptable. After washing my face, I grabbed one of the towels provided by the hotel—only to discover it had blood stains on it. This is beyond disgusting. It’s appalling that something so basic as clean linens could be overlooked. It makes me question the overall hygiene and cleanliness standards of this hotel. I brought it to the staff’s attention, but the response felt dismissive and lacked any real urgency or accountability. The hotel followed by lying stating that they found blood in other areas of the room. My wife doesn't have monthly cycles and neither of us suffered injury that would result in blood loss. For a hotel that markets itself as upscale, this was a huge letdown. I will not be staying here again and would caution others to think twice before booking. Cleanliness should never be a gamble. I stayed at the Hyatt Centric SouthPark Charlotte expecting a clean, comfortable experience, but what I got was completely unacceptable. Disclaimer: we are picky and have high expectations. Chose to relocate to this hotel from another in CLT where we were placed by AA after our flight was cancelled. Everyone in our group was relieved when we entered the Hyatt. It was so clean, in a safe area, and staffed by friendly and helpful personnel. Lots of local eating options within walking distance. Rooms incredibly clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was wonderful except for the staff members at the front desk. They weren't aware of or didn't knew hotel policies. When asked questions about parking and pet policies, they simply stated there weren't any fees. Upon checking out, I was charged fees.
