Courteous staff. Room was clean and neat. Used valet parking. Parking is difficult on the street. Quite a few homeless around the area but felt safe. Breakfast was good: had usual fare but staff was constantly cleaning tables and replenishing food. I’d stay here again.

The hotel looks new and in a prime area in Charlotte downtown. Everything was walkable and convenient. The staff were super helpful, and the room was extremely nice. The amenities like shampoo and soap were included in the king bed suite with a kitchen included. Breakfast is included and had a decent variety with eggs, sausage, and tortillas for Mexican style food. The laundry is a little pricey at $3 each for wash and dry ($6 total), and they only take quarters. You can ask the front desk for change though, so there’s no need to go to the bank. There is a tapas and beer bar at the first floor of the hotel for your sports game nights and or chill and chat. The main gripe at this point would be the area surrounding the hotel. There is a huge complex under construction across the street, and the roads aren’t particularly in the best shape. However, I’m sure once it’s all completed, the area will be booming. Overall, highly recommended stay at the hotel!

Overall pleasant experience. The room was excellent although walking through the hallway leading to it we couldn't help but notice a distinct (musty) smell. Unpleasant but not overpowering. The staff at the hotel, breakfast included was awesome. Not a fan of the $45 a night parking though.

The room was beautiful, we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, every single staff member we encountered was helpful and kind. Fab at the front desk made check in a breeze, the valet staff were friendly and gave great recommendations. I didn't feel safe walking alone early morning or late at night, and it was on the outskirts of uptown, otherwise the stay was fantastic :)

I was surprised at how nice this property was. Rooms are designed like a mini apartment with electric burners, fridge, dish washer, pots/pans etc everything you need. There’s also a mini snack bar and a free included buffet breakfast (I wasn’t a fan of the food very salty but it’s nice they at least had something). The staff was super friendly and the hotel was very clean. My room was facing a parking lot so it was quiet for me in the evening time (I know other reviews said otherwise but the noise was no issue for me). The area is a bit sketchy but I would be Uber especially if you’re a female and alone.

We had a great stay here and would definitely stay again. Parking is by Valet only and costs $45. They charged $100 up front for that and incidentals. I just checked out yesterday morning and have yet to see it adjusted for just the parking, so hopefully that's just a bank issue and will work out soon. The property itself was great, though. We didn't stay long enough to use the kitchenette, but it has everything you need for a short term stay... A small countertop cooking surface, sink, dishwasher, medium size refrigerator, dinner and silverware. The views of the city from the top floor were beautiful! All of the staff were courteous and professional.
