We loved the customer service. Loved how clean this hotel was inside room and lobby areas. Was not to happy with having to get elevator to get to check in it was a bit confusing, then the parking is really tight and that too was confusing getting ticket scanning ticket and then parking lot is really dark. But nevertheless we enjoyed our stay Beautiful Hotel. Once you get the hang of it

Across the street from the NASCAR Museum Hall of Fame and next door to Whole Foods. Very walkable and safe area, with lots of dining options. Excellent front desk staff and tasty and convenient morning breakfast. I will stay here again when visiting this area. The parking is a little tricky, but safe and worth the effort once parked.
