Have stayed here several nights over the past few years but this time was bad and it all had to do with breakfast. The only reason we always stay here is the free breakfast and this past eeek it was terrible. 3 days no biscuit & gravy and no pancakes. And last 2 days no milk really can’t get milk.

When we arrived the outdoor pool was closed. The water was filthy. We asked for a complimentary concession and the clerk said he would check with mgmt. but never got back to us. Will not stay here again.

Conveniently located with shopping and dining within walking distance. Breakfast was fantastic. Check in was awful with only one person at the desk and me with 3 kids waiting over 30 minutes to check in. Soap dispensers empty in the room plus had to go to the front desk and ask for a shower curtain so I coud use the shower.

House keeping - what’s that
We checked in about 8pm and apparently by the several people waiting, rooms were just being cleaned. I had reserved a room with two beds and they comp it to two rooms with one bed. Towels had not been restocked, trash can not emptied, hair in drain of shower and shampoo / soap was empty. Both rooms had the same issues. Nice rooms but house keeping failed badly. Free breakfast was not impressive either but I do appreciate the young man trying to make some things right

A Nice Surprise!
Check in was a wee bit slow due to the time of day and only 1 employee seemingly able to check us in. Room was made to order, spacious and large shower with handrails. I'm on a walker so safety and handrails in the bathroom are important. A tub is a special threat to my shower due to having to step over the side. For families with children I understand they're a must have, but for a couple, the tubs are a threat. The breakfast was good and such a clean area! The lady who kept it up was very personable and helpful. We enjoyed a 2 person private dining space rarely seen in large hotels. We'll be back.

I would have given this hotel a 10/10, the only reason I took away one star was due to the fact that the water in my sink had a clogged drain. It really bothers me when water pools to the top of a sink or shower when being used. I never made a complaint just endured the problem. The breakfast was ok, I stayed for one weekend when there were several softball and basketball youth teams arriving for tournaments. The hotel was packed to capacity yet the hotel was still quiet and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again whenever visiting Rock Hill.
