This hotel was perfect. It was about a 22 min drive from downtown Charlotte. The area is very safe since there is a police station right next to the property. There are several dining options in walking distance and grocery stores nearby. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, shower worked great. The best part was the breakfast buffet each morning.
Very clean hotel. Has a keureg coffee machine in the room, good breakfast)french toast, eggs, hot coffee. I would stay here again. I stayed by myself for a funeral.
Even though I had problems with the Rent-A-Car, everything was wonderful even the way they handles the Rent-A-Car and only had five hours left before I had to return. They still gave me another car and I enjoyed my vacation.
We were warmly received by a young man at the front desk, employee of the month no less! The breakfast, however, was disappointing. It was great on a previous visit, so we were surprised.
Great hotel , served breakfast every morning 7-10am, gym is perfect for a late night workout , & they do have a temporary damage fee $50-$100 hold upon booking but it will be reimbursed after you check out !
The hotel was great, but we recieved charges everyday even though we paid for everything a month in advance. Each day we talked to the desk clerk and they said they would fix it, but even more were added the next day. We talked to the manager who was not very helpful. All i can say is watch your charges.
We were there with our grandson visiting our family and the people in the room above us were so loud they kept us up all night. After complaining to the front desk they assured us it was taken care of and if I happen again to call down and they would ask them to leave. Well it did happen again and you would have thought that they would have made sure that their phone was working in our room before telling us to call down. It was a nightmare and we’ll never stay there again and we’ll also never recommend to anyone visiting in the are ever use this hotel. They could have resolved the problem by just moving us to another room.
A phenomenal stay! The staff couldn't have been nicer. The room was excellent. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was really good. We come to Charlotte four or five times a year and we will stay here from now on.
We stayed there for a week and could not have been a more perfect stay. We had to check in after midnight and after a long travel day got into the hotel very quick and into a nice clean room. AJ at the front desk helped us the entire week with little things we needed. Every staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comforting.
