Finding and getting into the parking area took us 60 mins. Did not ask whether I was a HH member and the majority of my baseline likes such as not being located near an elevator were ignored. No coffee or snacks available which are routinely available at Hilton hotels

I would not recommend a single woman or women traveling together to stay here. The parking garage is separate from the hotel in a sketchy area with no way to go directly from hotel to garage. It’s a difficult entry from the street. The room itself, while not strictly dirty, was not clean, and very careworn. We were on the 5th floor and the street noise was so loud that it repeatedly woke me up in the morning- starting at 6 and going to 9. The layout of the room was poor, and the lighting was worse. Very little in the room worked well. Extremely disappointing. We travel a lot, and aren’t difficult travelers.
