Every service offered was done at a professional level. Colby, the manager, was very helpful to me and family. The wait staff and kitchen staff from the dining room were quite helpful and attentive to detail.

I liked the location of this hotel. It was located downtown and we had a nice view of the city from our room. We were within walking distance of some restaurants and events. The parking garage was inadequate. They charged $25 per day for parking. Only half the parking garage was available for Hilton parking. It filled fast and they wouldn’t cover the cost of parking elsewhere. We had to make sure we got refunded the cost of parking for one of the days we stayed. This Hilton was one of the most expensive that we stayed on our vacation, and they don’t offer free breakfast. It was $18 per person, so we ate elsewhere for breakfast since the breakfast offered there was no different from the breakfast offered at other hotels. For the price, I would have expected better parking and breakfast.

Property, staff, and room were outstanding. Parking was a bit of a problem. But, it was quickly resolved by the front desk. I’m a senior citizen and I felt very safe at this property. And the restaurant food was good and reasonable. The young lady who works at the restaurant was very nice and accommodating. I’m going to definitely stay here again

The noise from outside was too much. I was woken throughout the night. The mattress was horrible, saggy, and you can feel every spring. Thing to upgrade to a better type of mattress that actually suggests the business cares about guest comfort. The large TV was great. Park cost me $25 and that’s absolutely ridiculous to me. I feel taken advantage of. The fact that the hotel can’t provide me with one parking spot without an additional fee is enough to keep me from returning. At checkout the employee told the ladies in front of me they didn’t need to worry about paying for their 2 $2 bottles of water. I thought that was really really nice but again this made me feel taken advantage of when I had payed $8 for my waters a little while before. Not satisfied with the stay considering all things nvolved.

I had selected a King room. I was assigned 2 Queens with no exception.. The clerk said it was third party and they were out of Kings. So, because we are third party (Orbitz), you do not necessarily get what you select and pay for. I am a Hilton member and did not make any difference. My daughter had a room and treated the same way. So you are second citizens by booking through Orbitz at this property.

The room was clean. They could invest in blackout curtains. Too much light in the room when trying to sleep. The bed was to soft. You sit you sink down. Price kinda up there. The parking is a bit difficult. You pay for parking and no parking spots. Elevator was broken so we had to walk down the parking lot from the 3rd floor parking garage. Staff was lovely.
