Fire alarm

To start, there is/was a used water bottle in the fridge. Gummy bears on the floor of our room upon check in. These two things did not see the tone of the weekend. We had a fire alarm at 3:00am that lasted almost 30 minutes. We were required to stand outside in the cold or sit in our car if you were lucky enough to have your car key. They say they offered free breakfast to everyone affected by the fire alarm but we never received the memo plus another couple affected by the fire alarm was charged for her breakfast that morning. Location was convenient for everywhere we traveled. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

I literally booked a room at 3:45am drove to the hotel and was checking in and settled by 4:30am. Slept like a baby and got to check out at noon (I was exhausted) so that extra time was so needed. Thank you to the older gentleman that checked me in and got me a quiet room.

My experience was bad, at 3 am there were people talking in the hallway and knocking on doors for 1 hour, then a couple started arguing loudly, at 4 am there were people, the bed is very uncomfortable, I would not stay there again.

Hilton Garden was as expected, and the service of the staff was terrific...so nice and kind. We had a 3 am fire alarm that evacuated the hotel....but the hotel staff handled it well. I stayed for a couple of nights, and it was fine....typical of a Hilton Garden.

When checking in the building smelled of weed. The front desk was not helpful. The fire alarm went off at 345am. And once that was over we walked in and the front desk lady got an attitude when we said we are checking out.

At 3:30 AM, the entire hotel was woken up by a fire alarm we had to evacuate the hotel stand out in 35° weather wait for the firetrucks. Nothing was wrong. Thankfully it took over two hours for me to go back to sleep and then the hotel would not even accommodate late checkout or a free breakfast or anything for the inconvenience. I am incredibly upset and will also be calling Hilton

Quick, Nice overnight. Comfy bed. Other reviews complained about breakfast but we thought it was good. Biscuits, potatoes, bacon and juice were best of what we tried. Desk staff was courteous and efficient.

Needs better management

Comfortable place to stay in a great location. Front desk staff could use some training in customer service. It’s rude for management to be on their cell phones instead of handling the customer in front of them. Breakfast is also extremely overpriced.

Expected so much more from Hilton. No breakfast unless you pay $13 for the same breakfast every other hotel gives you for free. No laundry bag in the room. Mildew in the shower tile is as old as the hotel. No WiFi. I get more basics from a motel 6 at 1/3 the price.
