It was conveniently close to the airport, and we could park our car incthe hotel lot ( for a fee) when we went overseas for 10 days. Then, we took the shuttle to the airport.

We stayed at this hotel for one night, then were oversea for 8 nights, then back to the hotel for 2 nights. We could park our car in the hotel lot for $10. a night, and take the free shuttle to the airport. We did not need to go to an additional parking lot for the 10 days.

Great hotel close to Charlotte airport. Restaurant/bar in the hotel is convenient. Clean, spacious room. I did not like that I had to pay for parking per night when it is not valet, just self-parking on an open lot and through a QR code and app to pay separately.

The front desk person was very rude. We tried to get a shuttle from airport in the late evening. When I can called the hotel the front desk lady said 5-7 min. After waiting over 20 min I called hotel what’s going on and she put me on hold and then hang up on me. She did the same thing again when I called back.My husband then called from his phone and she picked up and told him the shuttle is about to head to airport, we were there waiting over 40 min at 11pm with a kid. When we finally get to hotel she get us keys told me your room number is on key . There was no greeting or thank you or apologizing. Just very rude person . I think her name is Anastasia.. anyway terrible experience overall .
