We asked for early check in prior, we were told that they would accommodate. They did not make that happen, Then our hotel room door had no bolt lock, it was broken off, Then the ac did not work, blew heat the entire evening. At the bar we sat at as we waited to check in, my husband bottle slid off on the bar (they had no bar napkins) It broke and spilled all over him and the floor, they left it and when he asked for a rag, no napkins. They looked at him like he was crazy. I hate that we not only wasted our key points on this property, but that we chose this property at all!

The only complaint I had was the airport shuttle service. I was waiting at the airport almost an hour for the shuttle to pick us up. When I called the hotel, they confirmed that the shuttle came every 30 minutes but that was not correct.

The pull-out bed was very uncomfortable. It didn't have a fitted sheet; instead, there were two regular sheets and a blanket. The mattress had stains on it. Additionally, the closet where the safe was located had a spider web with a spider, which I had to kill. Furthermore, the toilet seat was loose, making it quite uncomfortable to use.
