Good, not great...

Our stay was good/great overall...My only feedback was our drapes only closed to the aircon unit on the floor, leaving a 6-foot gap. Unfortunately, the parking lot lighting was right outside our window, and it was hard to get to sleep with the blinding light coming through. Definitely a design flaw. Drapes need to be modified to close all the way.

The location was just right for my particular needs this trip (personal, with some business), with good access to the highway and other major roads. The room was spacious and clean, but hotel pillows are never that comfortable, so I didn't sleep well. Also, it's difficult to regular the room temperature with many of the hotel heating/cooling systems, so it seemed to be either too cool or too warm. The breakfast options were fine, although I didn't see any yogurt, which I would have preferred as a choice. The hot buffet was good, though, and the staff taking care of this area were especially good and provided friendly and efficient service. The problem I had was with one member of the front desk staff, who appeared to not care about customer service, and didn't apologize or acknowledge a problem when I brought it to his attention. I had asked for a replenishment of an item in the bathroom several times over a 24-hr period, but I had to go to the front desk several times to finally get it. During part of that time, there was no one at the front desk, and no one answered when I called the front desk and housekeeping from my room, several times. I had to knock on the locked office door behind the front desk to get someone's attention, and even then my request wasn't taken care of. I suppose it's difficult to get good help these days, but people in the hospitality industry should do better.
