Suggestions
You need to have a clock in the room, a pad, and a pen. For women, especially, you need to have a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. It's very difficult to put makeup on using a regular mirror. They also need a usable, working computer at the station in the lobby. You should also consider putting a bench outside the hotel near the doors.

Good stay with good location
Hotel was a great location and the room was as expected. We had an issue with the shower not working but the front desk staff gave updates and were accommodating. One day the breakfast was well stocked and maintained, but one day it was very lacking. The hot water and coffee in the lobby were never hot.

I really did have an overall great experience. It was super convenient and easy to get to/from the airport, downtown, as well as other events I attended. That being said, it was really quiet and relaxing. The staff I interacted with were all friendly, helpful and professional. The only thing I wish more attention was placed on is the tub had a drip and wasn't draining well, so the water accumulated, leaving a bit of rust around the drain. The tv remote's back was loose and kept falling off. Honestly, I didn't give the opportunity to fix or move me as by the time I realized both of these, I was already settled in the room and didn't want to move or have anyone coming in. Overall great experience.

The check-in staff was very pleasant and quick to answer my texts when I had a question. There was plenty of parking in the parking deck with easy access to my room. My suite was clean and quiet at night. The breakfast was also great. I would recommend this hotel.
