Only issue I had was understanding the parking and how to get into hotel from the 4 or 5 th floor. Also since combined hotels, line getting out of parking lot was backed up once because folks checking into other hotel. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

Ummm, the hotel is quiet and the front desk and cleaning staff were outstanding. Location - this hotel is near the convention center and nascar museum. It is not located near all of the charlotte restaurants. But, they are about a 10 minute walk away. There is a Starbucks nearby as well. There is more regarding the property. They were working on the pool and there was a strong chemical smell for most of our entire stay. Epoxy, maybe? We were on the 10th floor & could smell it. This hotel also offers breakfast. Items were constantly running out and refills arrived slowly. The hotel was busy, that made the free breakfast challenging. Lastly, this was weird - we spoke with a few of the other guests. Some, like us swore we booked the Hilton, not the hampton Inn. I can’t prove it, but for reasons that happened at another hampton during a different stay, I try to avoid them.

I was somewhat disappointed because i choose this hotel for the swimming pool for birthday gift for my granddaughter and when i came they told me it wasnt working since it was damage so it was a big disappointment for me but more for my granddaughter that this was supposed to be her birthday trip.

Parking not great

Paid parking area was awful. Homeless person in stairwell with trash everywhere. Parking spot was not available later in evening. Room was comfortable but air conditioner made sound all night.

Overall the stay was good. The staff were probably the best part. Super friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately for us, we only chose that hotel because of the indoor pool but when we got there it was closed for repair. Not the staffs fault but I would have like that to be sent an email prior to arrival. The kids were disappointed. Cleanliness was ok. One of our rooms was fine but the other wasn’t even cleaned. We had to have the staff come back and clean so we all squeezed into one room for awhile while it was being cleaned.
