The facilities and staff are excellent, hotel is very clean. My husband and I were walking around looking for a good restaurant and there is a dangerous area full of homeless. Just be careful if you decide to look around.

Convenient location, needs a bit of a refresh
The room was decent and clean. The bed was comfortable. We could hear some noise from upstairs and the hallway. Could use some better sound proofing. The breakfast was good although it would be nice if there were some pastries offered as well. The valet parking, while convenient, was time consuming. We had to wait almost 30 minutes when we got to the hotel before we could get someone to take the car. It also took some time to get the car when we wanted to leave.

Great hotel
Awesome room. It has a a kitchen that includes a mini stove, dishwasher, plates and even pans. Even though we didn't needed it was nice knowing it was available. Clean hotel, really nice staff. It has a bar/restaurant and they offer free breakfast. Only thing didn't like was the pillows which are not firm at all so we had to request more for our comfort but I will definitely come back to this hotel.

They property is in a great location to walk around and check out uptown. Just a lot of homeless people around the hotels area.

The check in/out process was super easy and the front desk was always very friendly. The room could be cleaner. Stains were found on and under the bed and dust was under the air conditioning vent. Mainly stayed here for the location. Valet service at night could use improvement as well.
