The place it’s self was under renovations so when I got their I thought it was closed . The room itself was nice , the water pressure wasn’t great. The staff where very kind and helpful and we where able to get into are room very quick

It's under construction. The room doesn't look perfect, but we're selling it at an affordable price. I brought my daughter with me, and there are a lot of dangerous things. We could go without sleeping all night.

Under severe construction! The rooms will be nice eventually. I tripped on carpets just placed down throughout the areas. ZERO amenities, not even coffee in the "lobby". ZERO items in the suite like dishes, coffee pot, cups or silverware. Sky Suites should not be charging $100 a night for a bed & a shower.

Returned from traveling with wife and two toddlers to find out that the shuttle was not running that day... after I had called the day before to verify my car was there and how to best access shuttle service. With having two toddlers (car seats) I was unable to take family in taxi back to hotel, so I had to go by myself, and then drive back to airport and pick them up in the middle of Charlotte traffic. This wasted money and more importantly time, as I still had to drive back to Charleston. On the way to the airport their shuttle service doesn't start until 7... which is somewhat understandable, but the fact that I didn't get to utilize it either way is extra tough. With that said, the room was nice, and the people were nice as well. Place was under construction and that was inconvenient as well.

I was not informed that the property was under construction. It was very alarming and off putting. I was concerned that i was in the wrong place and was about to leave and go somewhere else. The staff was very accomodating to me and provided great service so i decided to stay. The room was clean and nice it was just the unexpected construction. I would return because of the service.

hotel is under construction, lacking most basic it

This hotel is currently under construction, which was not mentioned on the website. The outdoor fireplace and seating in the picture is nowhere to be found on the premises. The suites have a kitchen until but are lacking all furnishings, such as cups, coffee pot, plates, utensils, etc. Furthermore there was no lobby, so we had to walk to a gas station to purchase coffee. The hallway on the 2nd floor, where we stayed, was under construction with holes in the wall and nasty carpet. It seems very dishonest that none of this was mentioned.

The room itself is nice, clean and well maintained. The property however is under full maintenance. There is no lobby, the elevator was dingy. The area around the hotel was not the safest, heard many gun shots while there. The staff were all kind and helpful, but this hotel should not have been available until the maintenance was completed.
