The room was non-smoking but had an old smoke odor to it so bad that I had to buy room air fresheners. Rooms were clean. Broken tv remote but staff replacedi t immediately. Very crowded on the weekend for meals.

Breakfast was great, beds were fairly comfortable, and bathrooms were very clean. The only issue I had with the whole stay was during check-in. As I was checking in, there was a woman with a toddler asking me for money for her deposit in order to stay the night, saying she had the room charge covered, just asking for deposit money. Continued asking after I said I could not help her with the cover, and hotel staff saw the whole interaction and my discomfort, and said nothing to the woman or the whole situation. Just very awkward. Otherwise a good stay.

Fantastic stay at Drury Inn. The hotel was very clean. Kickback and breakfast were excellent. Check in was quick, beds were comfortable. Overall a 9.9/10 experience.

The best experience in a long time
It was amazing. This will be my hotel everytime I come to charlotte. Location is safe. The pool and jacuzzi were great for the fam. They provided two meals of the day too. The front desk/manager always smiled and always was happy to help resolve any issues that came up. Staff was very polite. I felt right at home. Breakfast was good. Dinner was good. I got more than what I could ask for. Worth the money hands down. My whole fam can’t stop talking about how great of a stay it was.
