I try to stay at a Marriott hotel whenever there is one available in the area with good reviews. Although this appeared to be a newer hotel, the room felt very tiny and I kind of felt like I was closed in. The bathroom was huge, but at the expense of the room size to a fault. The bed was clearly not a “Marriott bed” and I had to call and double check that the bed was a king. It was very uncomfortable and small (especially for a king). My husband got up with notable back pain and I didn’t sleep much at all. Also, stayed warm all night even with the thermostat set to 68…there seemed to be very little air movement. I prefer to leave positive comments…but I’m afraid I was disappointed. On a day we needed to be rested for a long day of travel, we were the opposite.

The front desk clerk was wonderful. She was very understanding of our situation (we had a cancelled flight for 2 days, no luggage and felt stranded). She let the five of us hang out until our room was ready, which we so appreciated, and let us check in early! It made our frustrated travel much more manageable. Thank you!

Great location
Great location! Close to CLT and in the parking lot of an outlet mall. Restaurants, shopping and gas stations were all nearby. Hotel was NEW and in great condition. Would definitely stay there again!
