Great value.

When the shuttle driver picked us up from the airport he gave us all the details we needed for our stay including breakfast times shuttle information back to the airport places to eat and answered all of our questions. He was awesome front desk was awesome and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Great value.

Both persons to check in and out were very service oriented. The shuttle driver extremely courteous and help with the bags. Only one bad note.. shuttle does not work 24/7… had to take a taxi or wait 50 minutes to get the shuttle service; temperature was at 25 degrees. Had to pay $ 34 for the taxi service.

Staff are very friendly, but not worth the stay, had to pay 13 dollars for “24 hour” parking although I had my car parked for 12 hours and stayed one night, there was a 5 dollar fee because i forgot to pay when i arrived. The excuse was their close to the airport so people would leave their cars at the hotel “over long periods of time” so they’re charging customers for that convenience, even though all active customers can just register their cars and be billed by their room, they have a separate service for parking fees. Stayed in room 206 drawers and doors were scratched up, found a bug in my bed, AC units are outdated. Spend the extra dollars somewhere else or find a location with free parking. Staff member's were very compassionate of my concerns but I blame management and the corporation.
