Service was great but our room was awful. We expected noise because of the location but one of the mattresses had a very large pee stain. The bathroom door was a sliding door and when closed there was what looked to be red wine splattered on the ground and wall. The hand towel in the bathroom on the sink was folded and when I picked it up to dry my hands the bottom was very dirty. The breakfast cost $15 per person and the food was cold, bread was very hard, there were only a few options and overall it was not good. We ended up paying the $15 and leaving to go get breakfast somewhere else, even the individual working recommended a breakfast place instead of staying to eat at the hotel, guess we should’ve listened before getting anything.

Great Stay
Overall I had a great time, it took a day to get use to the parking but after that I was fine. My only complaint would be how dusty it was and the fact we had to wait until the next afternoon to get another set of washcloths (we requested some the day before when we noticed it was only one) but overall it was a great stay. I will definitely be back!! The front desk staff was friendly too.

First of all the address you gave me is not the address of the hotel! There started my nightmare! I called the hotel for the correct address and after 9 minutes on hold , I hung up and call again 4 times, they hung up on me immediately! I went to the hotel, the receptionist acknowledged my calls but she was the only one working and busy! The next morning at 6:00 am I was ready to check out! It took the security guy and somebody from the kitchen 45 minutes to find the receptionist who was obviously sleeping somewhere looking at her face! To make the story worse she had a belligerent, defensive tone telling me and another gentleman who was waiting to check in since 5:30 am that usually people don’t need service so early in the morning! Since I valet , before I left the room I called for the car! The attendant was not on premises( she was probably sleeping in the same place as the receptionist). When she finally arrived, it took her 30 minutes, my help and the security gentleman help to find the right key for my car and then to find the car in the parking lot! Needless to say, I wasted one hour and a half trying to get out of this hotel in a very busy travel day of the year! Would somebody go back to this place???
