Staff is not very understanding or customer focused. We had to cancel our reservation the morning of the reservation due to the horrific storms that were crossing the country causing floods and tornados. We asked them to cancel and process a refund given the circumstances were beyond our control. The staff just said NO without an inkling of empathy or understanding. Terrible experience and will never book at this property or this brand again.

We stayed at this hotel twice during spring break. The accommodations were clean, modern, and the pet fee was just $50 for our dog. The walk in shower was gorgeous and they supplied all the toiletries other than toothbrush/paste. The breakfast was standard fare. My kids like the prepackaged muffins. The front desk staff were kind and friendly. There are two grassy areas for dogs with poop bags provided.
