The room were nice and clean beds comfortable. The lady that work breakfast very friendly. She gave us a lot of recommendations for touring and visiting spots. Breakfast was good because they also had turkey meat. Front desk service was good fast and easy. Will stay again

Nice hotel, great breakfast
Hotel was very clean, the breakfast was good also. My only complaint was the tvs in all 3 rooms weren't working the night we arrived, called down front, they sent someone that had no idea what to do. Next day they fixed tvs in bedrooms but living room still didn't work, also the thermostat in living room wasn't even operational, no power. Other than those things it was a good stay.

End of Year Stay
We had a great time at the TownePlace Suites! The breakfast was one of the best we've seen, and it came free with the suite. The room had a kitchenette with a full fridge. The staff was friendly, in particular the breakfast lady. The reason why I did not give a 5 star rating is the room had some trash left over around the beds, in particular near the headboard. I discussed this issue with the reception staff. Otherwise, it's all good and we'd stay there again.

This is our favorite place to stay in Charleston… it’s an older facility but the staff makes up for it! They always help us with early check in and are so accommodating with any other needs! Will definitely continue to use this place for our family needs!

Hotels to try to solicit me for funds for having a service dog in a hotel.The manager states that he did not believe it was a service dog even though I showed him service.Dog ID and I was Disabled American.He did not care, he says.Everybody comes here with a service dog.The dog has the same name.I guess the manager thought he was an animal specialist by making this evaluation
