Lovely 3 Days in Folly

Lovely stay at Tides. Location and staff were great. Room was nice and very clean but bathroom a little tired. Fantastic view and location on beach in Folly. Staff on front desk (Eli) and manager (David) handled concerns excellently. Concierge staff Jim and Carlton welcoming and helpful everyday. Would stay again.

Value wasn't there for the price of the room $500/per night with all of the taxes. Restaurant doesn't opened until 10am for breakfast but there are other options close by. Pillows on the beds are rock hard. Live music was too loud to eat outside. Would rather hear the ocean instead. Only one car allowed per room and lot was often full at that. Good location and updates to the bathrooms. Overall enjoyed our stay and time with family:)

Clean room and lobby. Restaurant food selection and quality poor. Wait staff and bartenders slow. Best to reach out for other restaurants outside. Room hard to open and close in room 334. Pool beach chairs are dirty with bird droppings and very worn. Need to be replaced.

The staff is 1st rate. Always pleasant and helpful. Rooms need updates and are not the quailty of the staff and grounds. Food is excellent and everything is reasonably priced. If they upgrade rooms with new beds, curtains and bathroom this would be a 1st rate rssort. Cannot say enough good things about the staff.
