We absolutely loved our stay at the Palmetto. Staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The hotel was stunning and we loved the light breakfast served in the morning. Definitely the best expresso martinis and old fashions in town.

The good: the hotel was nicely decorated and the signature cocktails are amazing. The bad: parking is ridiculously expensive and I swear there is 0 sound proofing in this hotel. Breakfast was nothing extraordinary, but it was good. Overall I did expect more from this hotel being high end and pricey.

It took less than three minutes to check in. Valet was seamless. Room was absolutely gorgeous. All staff was exactly what you expect from a boutique hotel and more. We will definitely stay here again.

The Palmetto Hotel is the epitome of Southern hospitality. Not only is it a beautiful boutique hotel but the location cannot be beat. The hotel manager Brandy went out of her way to try and make everything as perfect as it could be. We’ll definitely be back!!

It’s a beautiful hotel. Very convenient to all the streets of Charleston. I noticed our room had not been vacuumed on my side of the bed but when I spoke with the house keeping manager she said we vacuum ALL rooms and I said well I don’t have a pet 💩or have been eating sunflower seeds. She repeated the we vacuum so I said forget it and didn’t bother to let them correct the problem.

Southern charm

Thank you for an amazing stay at Palmetto! It was such a beautiful boutique hotel. We loved it! It have such southern charm and vibes. Loved the decor inside, especially the chandelier! There was a bar with a super awesome bartender who served great drinks! We got checked in and our room was lovely and spacious. Bathrooms were huge and the shower was perfect! Bed was super comfortable! In the morning we had fresh juice and drinks and although we only stayed one night we absolutely loved it. It’s also in a perfect location so close to everything !
