The staff were great except for management. Stayed for over a week asking to switch rooms to the back so I could keep an eye on my truck and trailer but management would not let me switch rooms. Then on my 4th day she had my trailer towed without asking anyone if they knew about it. Made up a big ugly story to get it towed off the property. The staff helped me track it down and I had to pay to get it back. Cops were in the parking lot almost everyday for one guest or another. Could not get a refrigerator or microwave just a bad experience for no reason other than poor management.

The worst. The only positive is after checking the mattress, it was clear of bugs and seemed to be fairly new. Outside of that, horrible. Staff was friendly enough, but the place was RUN DOWN. I’m not sure the sheets were clean, lighting was horrible. There was no toilet paper in the room and the commode didn’t flush . They brought me a partial role of paper from another room. I requested a plunger and cleared the toilet myself…. The two guys hanging in the breezeway appeared to be permanent residents. They were smoking marijuana and one said he “loves the Red Roof. It’s like Jerry Springer.” I expected someone to kick in my door all night. I had to leave the A/C fan on just to drown out the riff-raff conversations outside my room . The area had transients walking through the parking lot... the only reason I stayed is it was late and a a professional driver, I was out of time.

It was most definitely worth the price. It was very quiet, felt safe. It’s in walking distance to the mall. The only complaint I have is there was no toilet paper in the room and upon requesting, we were given a half used roll so we bought our own at the family dollar next door.

Definitely a place I’d stay again!

Honestly, this was a really nice and clean place to stay. The only downside was there was no hair dryer (I had forgotten mine) and there was no fridge. Also, the heat wouldn’t work until I realized that no matter what it was set on by the window, there was a separate knob on the wall by the door to control it. Weird, but I’m glad I figured it out! Haha

The rooms are horrible and the neighborhood is getto . Upon checking out the front desk clerk and a house keeper were fighting with another guest. This place isn't a safe place for any age

The property itself was just fine. Mgmt on the other hand needs to not lie to the patrons and then take their deposit because supposed smoking when none has been done in that room period. A cigarette has been brought in from outside and from there we even smoked against the wall when that isn't even possible. Mgmt posed as a housekeeper 3 hours before check out time asking if we were staying or leaving, while I was getting ice not even near my room, even though my reservation was only for 1 night. When I asked why she was taking my deposit she said because we had smoked in the room even though we had not even once smoked in there and even cleaned the room ourselves so that we would get our deposit back. I am now on the do not rent list even though I did nothing wrong.

The staff was helpful (didn't get my refund tho yet) the first issue was my key didn't work in the original room, so after going back to the office, they have me another room .. so there were coffee grounds on the floor, no towels, no shower curtain, no toilet paper, no remote for the TV, and no bible. It was almost 1am and I wasn't going to complain again, I just wanted sleep. Told the staff in the morning when we were leaving and they said they would give me a full refund. Hopefully they do that.
