I didn’t even go in we booked last minutes and we got there couldn’t find the place it is hidden which isn’t. Bad think pulled in cops were on stand by the pool was green so we moved on just took a loss

Worst place I've ever stayed in. Room was disgusting. Infested with roaches, floors and sheets were gross, fruit flies hovering, lamp broken, wifi slow, AC loud, no fridge or microwave, etc. The front desk (when they actually showed up) didn't seem to have any actual care for the customers experience. Too bad so sad attitude. Not just for me, but observed the same for another when checking in. Never have I been so thankful for morning to arrive so I could get out of there. A nice reminder of how terrible some places can be and the importance of selecting accommodation carefully.

As we checked in, the front door was locked. 20 minutes later the front counter person showed up with Target bag in hand. Another customer and the front desk person got into an argument about her whereabouts. On another note, the grounds were a mess, the second floor looked like it was falling, the pool was green, the sheets had cigarette burn holes, floor was sticky, I was speechless.

This is a great 2.5 star property. I will stay here again. It's clean, etc. But don't expect bells and whistles. I would have liked 4 pillows instead of 2. But I will live!

Room was apparently not cleaned properly or the maid decided to leave her cigarette butt on the floor. Rooches all over bathroom and gnats woke me up in the am. Horrible is all i can say.

Booked on expedia with an emailed itinerary number and hotel clerk could not find the reservation and had no rooms available. We took our business down to the Quality Inn and were very glad West Ashley Inn provided such terrible customer service

Dirtiest and noisiest place I’ve ever stayed. Fixtures were falling out the ceiling, lamps broken, shower light was hanging by a screw. Grime and dirt built up in every corner. Hadn’t been swept much less mopped There were boogers and who knows what all over the walls. Roaches on the shower curtains and ceilings. Door lock was missing.
