The staff at this property were very nice and helpful however the actual rooms were subpar. The room was dirty, all the metal handles on drawers were rusted, the headboard on the bed was dusty, there were cobwebs on the ceiling, and I found a cockroach on the floor the first night. Not to mention the room did not even have a fridge or a blow dryer. Having to ask for housekeeping is a bit inconvenient as well as sometimes it would take the whole day for the staff to get there and you would not get new towels or sheets until 4-5pm. Overall not a great experience and overpriced for what you get. Only plus was the staff and the location.

Exterior building a nightmare!

Make sure you are not being put in the separate building! I rented 3 rooms from this hotel. 2 of my rooms were in the interior corridor building. 1 in the exterior corridor building. We had a 4 night stay. The rooms in the main building were good, the other was HORRIBLE! Shower didn’t work, popcorn ceiling crumbling all over everything! My clothes I laid out were covered in the white stuff. The floor and furniture was covered in it. The bedside lamp looked as though it was recently found in the dumpster (filthy). They give you 2 towels for 4 days! We had to use our towels to clean up water out of the bathroom floor due to the defective shower head. They said they could not give us any other towels because they were all dirty and laundry wouldn’t be done til later in the day! We decided to go to the “on site laundry” and wash our 2 towels and the washer was out of order. They finally got us a room in the interior building on our last 2 nights. No problems with it except the iron didn’t work and the toilet wouldn’t fully flush. Beware when booking!

Our stay was okay, the beds were very comfortable and the service was nice. Our tv was very glitchy and stopped working entirely. Our toilet also stopped flushing correctly. When we first got there there were only 2 towels for 4 people so we had to request more at the desk.

When I checked in the sweet, we're supposed to have a couch.They did not have one. I had to buy an air mattress to put in the extra room. Also, the room reeked of cigarette smoke. I left the assistant manager. No, so that I would not be charged for it as soon as I got into the room. In which I do not smoke cigarettes. Then yeah, harassed on my way walking outside to vape. I thought I left a card in the room called customer service. No one picked up or answered, as I was driving to the hotel to check for my card. They charged a hundred dollar charge and then another hundred and fifty on my card stating my dog left a mess.Mind you, I do not own a dog. So the assistant manager continue to tell me. I did have a dog, then. The other employee realized it was the room across the hall for me that had the dog. Complete scammers that work at this hotel

Our stay was awful. The first room had a dirty unmade bed and literal mold on the walls. I asked for a new room and that one was larger but not much nicer. My face broke out from the pillows and there were silverfish in the bathroom. Our shower also had mold and was not tall enough for my friend
