We really enjoyed our stay with Hyatt. It was in a great location and walkable to many restaurants/shops. The staff were pleasant and the rooms were nice. The rooftop bar was our favorite part of the stay. The beer selection was excellent, and it had a good vibe.

Ac wouldn’t get it below 75 in the room first nite some girls were partying and extremely loud until 5 am nobody at the hotel cared to do anything about it.

We travel to Charleston 5-6 times per year for business and to visit family/friends as well. This was our first time staying at the Hyatt Place and we will return! The parking garage is located immediately adjacent to the hotel which is great. The hotel is steps away from the great restaurants on upper King but because it is set back off of King it is quiet. The staff was very friendly, professional and helpful.

The property was really nice. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The only con would have to be the parking. The hotel itself doesn’t have parking. There’s a parking deck next to the hotel and you have to pay by the hour and it’s not comped. Our car was parked for under 24 hours and we paid $42.
