When we previously stayed at this hotel (earlier in the year), everything was great. However, we had a different experience this time. I asked front desk lady for a minor room adjustment but her immediate response was shocking. She didn’t even try to check if the accommodation can be done. She automatically stated that the hotel is fully booked and there is nothing she can do. We all know that’s a lie. When we got into the room, there were no amenities. No sponge in the kitchen, half used soap, no tissues, no soap in the bathroom. I texted the front desk asking for supplies and her response was "you can pick up supplies at the front desk." I would think Hilton staff would deliver it to the door but I guess I am wrong? Husband asked for a sponge to wash dishes, and she stated that they don’t provide those. Also a lie since I saw them on the housekeeping carts the following day. There was leftover trash from previous customers left in the room. TV stopped working 5 minutes into our stay. I didn’t even address it since I already knew that the front desk will not do anything about it. The only positive was breakfast that was provided. Everything was delicious and fresh.
