Poor Communication the sign on the bathroom mirror said the room would be cleaned every other day. Our stay was 5 days no one cleaned the room and I asked for it to be cleaned and She said it wouldn't be cleaned until our check out day. A Housekeeper told me it's cleaned every day but sometimes the paper work gets messed up. I am very disappointed in not having a clean room. The breakfast was good and the server was excellent.

this place is excellant. The rooms are huge. The beds very comfortable. Easy on off to I-26. We spent three days here and had a very enjoyable stay. Loved that the safe was large enough to store my laptop and more. Never needed the staff for anything other than check in and out, but they were always there. The breakfast area was manned full time durring the breakfast hours. Waffles were made for you. The seating are was very large and we never had trouble finding a table for four. My one suggestion would be to have a buffet style heated server for eggs, potatoes, and sausage/Bacon. The premade egg/sausage sandwiches were just so so. If you would make that change,the breakfast would be a 10.

Suitable property and location. We stayed here a few times, but this is our last! For people with allergies like us, the overabundance of pets in the hotel is annoying. You can smell wet dogs in the rooms and carpet. I feel like I’m walking on floors seeping with dog saliva.
