Overall it was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great. Parking not an issue. I loved the social hour they had on Friday night (we try to only stay at places that have that) and the mimosas on the weekend were awesome too. I was upset that the self serve beer kegs were down. We were looking forward to that. Reviews from a few months ago had the same issue, so the hotel really needs to address that. And the cable only worked part of the time. So another issue the hotel needs to address. But we would definitely stay here again.

Clean room but that's about it.
Coming in late at night the last thing you want to do is have to go up and down because your key doesn't work or have the manager leave you hanging at the front desk for 5-10 minutes when you come back down. Don't be surprised if that happens to you. Beware they tax everything including fees. Check your bill because they charge you for parking when you use uber or lift. A 10-year-old can do better masonry work in the bathroom.

When we told the night manager about the dirty room, she told us she would take $70 off the room charge to which I agreed. In the morning at checkout, I was told she took off car fees which we were not told about anyway. Of course the person at the desk lacked the power to accomodate me, and left the account in limbo. I intend to peruse the matter up the management chain. It was an extremely disappointing stay, between the unclean room, flooding bathroom, and less than helpful staff.

Superfically Property looks good. Very difficult to find entrance ally and not many parking lots ("go next door to multifloor parking lot, park on 3rd Floor and we will credit the bill". Heater fan set to high and could not be changed - I arrived very late and could not fix that night. No hot shower water then came on after 20 minutes at 5am. Front desk staff try hard but are not able to remedy much themselves. Internet failed on and off for 36 hours until finally fixed after 3 complaints. No local restaraunts for night dinner. This place is not up to IHG standards and should be avoided.
