Great location to see the town. No self-parking, but our car was always on site where we could access it quickly if needed. The valets could always pull the car around faster than we could get out the door. The room was called a suite, but we would not use that term, as it was really just one room, and barely big enough for the two of us and our luggage. The value for the room came from its location in town, but not for the value of the room itself. All of the staff was generally friendly and helpful.

Loved location by waterfront, daily breakfast, wine and cheese reception, and rooftop terrace. Check in process (where to park car and what door to enter on arrival) was confusing. We had a great stay. The hotel was calm and quiet, and the service was wonderful. We enjoyed breakfast every morning in our room, and the "happy hour" and milk and cookies were an added bonus. The location was amazing for walking around the historic district and the French quarter. The only two negatives were the poor internet connection and the lack of a fitness center in the hotel.

There was nothing that I didn't like about the property. I loved the morning breakfast delivered to our room. I loved the bikes free to borrow. I loved walking to all the restaurants and bar. I loved the park across the road with a view of the water. I loved the happy hour with wine & hors d'oeuvres. The people that worked there were all very nice. It was great having the gentleman greet us at the door.
