They charge a resort fee when the pool was closed, bars on property closed an hour earlier than advertised. The spa only offered one service: massages; but they only had two massage therapist on duty so no appointments available.They would have allowed me to pay parking until I mentioned on Or it’s it states free parking. Staff was unyielding on check when asked to extend by 15:. They over booked the restaurant where a cocktail hour was schedule and we were moved to a bar open to the rest of the guest. So that enable party crashers to enjoy free drinks because the control mechanism was not in place. I would not recommend this resort to anyone. I am disappointed that resort prices were charged without providing a resort experience.

The property and staff were great. The property was being remodeled but a great room with a beautiful view! I will return next year. The Fish House was spectacular food.

We love this property. The rooms in the "Harbour Front Building' are not as elaborate at those in the main building, they do offer an upgrade for a $ (well worth it if available) Main building rooms have 'Beach Club' in the name. The roof top bar above the fish restaurant has fab sunset views You can take a boat to the Downtown for $13 one way or the Hotel offers free shuttle bus every hour.

Multiday stay

Checking in, we were given a lovely room, on the corner of building, great view of harbor, with nice deck...too bad it was already occupied. Second room was very nice. Bed had small sink area in center of mattress, but acceptable. Like many properties featuring Direct TV, channel menu was inaccurate. View was acceptable, but would have been better if not overlooking a construction area (pool being redone). Coffee in the lobby was good, a bit better than that in the room. There is NO microwave available in the hotel for guests to use. Due to weather our stay was cut short by one night. The staff at check out kindly offered refund for lost day; awaiting final bill to confirm. The area and property, overall, was very nice and would be enjoyed with better weather -walking trails, bicycles available, etc.
