Dirty, hairy sheets on the bed

We were appalled to get in the bed and there was hair all in the bed on a dirty sheet. It was late when we got in so we just flipped the sheet to the clean side, but definitely didn’t get any sleep because of how grossed out we were. Everything else was fine, but 100% don’t recommend if they are not cleaning their sheets!! Gross!

We traveled to Charleston to attend a concert at the Coliseum. This hotel offers an airport shuttle, free coffee/breakfast/cookies, spacious room, and was walkable to restaurants/the venue. We did not even rent a car. On our last day we took a rideshare to downtown to explore, which was very nice. We would stay here again if heading back to the Coliseum.

The staff were friendly and the room was nice and clean. However, the hotel didn't respond to any messages about availability of shuttle pick-up after my midnight arrival. In the end I went to the hotel by cab.
